B ismillah khan Today we are talking about bismillah khan, he was born in dumraon, Bihar on 21march 1916 and died 21 august 2006. Also, he awarded by Bharat ratan, Padma Bhushan, etc. His original name was qamiruddin khan. He was a legendary musician of the wind instrument the shehnai of India. Bismillah khan was introduced to shehnai at a very young age. he grew up seeing his father play the wind instrument and decided to follow in his steps. When he was only six years old, he began his journey to Varanasi, where he was trained by his uncle, Ali Baksh .
